Christmas 2019 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 — Alont Dop DO Jumilla! The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Pio del Ramo grows this wine in the Meseta countryside. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Cabernet Sauvignon can be served very well with red meat or pizza with mushrooms.
Tasting note
Dark ruby red. Spicy on the nose, scents of blossoms, toast, rosewood. On the palate, ripe red berries, amarenes framed by black chocolate, cinnamon and leather. Gentle tannins accompany a perfect, long finish. The wine is blended from the very best barriques that Ramon did not want in the other blends. A great, perfect Alont is born.>2028
