About the wine
You will definitely enjoy the first-class Allaman Grand Cru AOC La Cote, which was produced in 2016. Fertile and sunny landscapes of Vaud give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Château d'Allaman conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience.
Tasting note
Crystal clear grey-gold appearance Very fine bouquet, floral and racy, typical of the variety. Refined, extremely fruity and fresh.
Culinary recommendation
It is particularly appreciated as an aperitif, as well as with starters, cheese dishes and freshwater fish.
