About the wine
Treat your family and friends at Christmas dinner with this present Tempranillo 2021 — All Day Long Red S.L. Organic. These grapes give us wonderful landscapes in Levante, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Neleman conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this tempranillo with barbecue or polenta.
Tasting note
All Day Long Red S.L. Organic's fruity bouquet of black cherry, chocolate and cooked blackberry shows aromatic complexity and lots of finesse. The fresh notes of prune, clove and marmalade create their individual texture. A fruity red wine with a strong body and fresh acidity, which develops its individual structure when balanced with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal with light sauces.
