About the wine
With the snappy Albarino 2020 — Albariño Riax Baixas DO Casa de las Locas, you can offer your family and friends something very special. The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Siete Pasos has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny landscape in Galicia. Tasting note
Its color is clear lemon yellow with greenish reflections. All grapes are picked and processed by hand. On the nose, notes of lime and mandarin accompanied by a delicate herbal aroma and subtle floral scent. Fresh on the palate with pleasant acidity and an enchanting and salty note typical of this area, reminiscent of a spray on a windy day at the sea. The finish is long-lasting, fruity, fresh and very balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with tapas, olives, manchego with olive oil, tuna carpaccio and crustaceans, freshwater fish, vegetable terrins and aperitif pastries.
