Tasting note
Dark fir honey and nice caramel are part of it, but also the fresh hint of dried rosemary. Balance characterizes the body: bitter oranges, delicate roasted notes and a warm nut taste contrast with the strong acidity.

Vinification
Fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy. The contact of wine and grape skins lasts three months. Ageing: in large wooden barrels, due to natural oxidation, bottle maturation is not necessary.
