Tasting note
The pale pink Aire de Protos with purple reflections impresses with its delicate and impressive blend of typical regional grape varieties. The aromas of white fruits, white flowers and wild berries are complemented by fine tropical notes. They come across as seductive with a silky and fruity finish. A rosé wine with a unique personality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light dishes, summer salads, gazpacho, Asian and Oriental dishes, fish, pasta or as an aperitif.
Vinification
2-3 months on yeast.
