About the wine
We have a special, strong white wine from 2019 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the Italian winery Antica Tenuta Pietramore has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny and blooming landscape of Abruzzo. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Trebbiano can be served very well with poultry or Asian noodle pan.
Tasting note
Straw yellow, intense and persistent nose with fragrant and fruity notes, with hints of ripe yellow fruits. The palate is clean with a nice body, warm and tasty, balanced and harmonious.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Abruzzo Superiore DOP Trebbiano Demeter goes well with vegetable rice, Asian noodle pan and poultry.
Vinification
Maceration with the peels for 8-12 hours. Ageing on the lees in steel tanks and then in bottle for at least 3 months.
