About the wine
The history of the Leitz family winery from Rüdesheim dates back to 1744 and is still one of the best in Germany today. How nice that they also have a non-alcoholic Riesling. Much more than just a compromise!
Tasting note
Enjoy this non-alcoholic white wine variant with typical aromas of lime and citrus fruits and surprising notes of rhubarb, red apples and a light minerality. In terms of taste, the one-two-zero impresses with a beautiful acid structure, lightness and freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, summer salads, pasta, poultry dishes.
Vinification
100% Riesling grapes from our own vineyards are gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures. The wine is then gently dealcoholized using the latest cellar technology. In the vacuum evaporator, the wine is heated to a maximum of 27°C, which causes the alcohol it contains to evaporate. Due to the low boiling temperature of alcohol in a vacuum, the important ingredients and flavors as well as the bouquet of the wine are largely preserved.
