About the wine

We have a special, outstanding Sangiovese from 2015 for you, which is enthusiastic about many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the Italian winery Antinori absolutely masters his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originated in the fertile and blooming Tuscan countryside. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Sangiovese is very good to serve with pasta or beef.

AntinoriRed wine | 75cl1414°-16°CThe unique character of this wine is due to Sangiovese. Outstanding nuances of black pepper and red plum give it its playful structures.
Tasting note
Clear, shiny ruby red. On the nose, ripe red berries, plums, but also floral notes, some violets. Complemented by subtle roasted aromas, warm spices. Lots of ripe, red fruit on the palate at the start. Gradually, the juicy, spicy components also show up. Very well balanced, elegant and invigorating texture, persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
How about pici and a ragout made from fresh porcini mushrooms?
