About the wine

Die Tenute Olianas liegt im Herzen von Sardinien. Genauer gesagt im Sarcidano, eine Hochebene im Zentrum von Sardinien. 60 km nördlich von Cagliari, 65 km östlich von Oristano, an der südlichen Grenze der Provinz Nuoro. Das Anwesen erstreckt sich auf über 20 ha, davon sind 16 ha mit Weinbergen bepflanzt. Die Tenute Olianas arbietet Bio- integral und verzichtet somit auf den Einsatz von Kunstdünger und synthetischen Produkten.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Spicy, expressive and warm on the nose, harmonious and velvety soft on the palate, with delicate plum and subtle wood notes in the finale. Long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with gnocchetti sardi with salsiccia, a pasta specialty from Sardinia. As well as with porcetto, suckling pig roasted and grilled in a Sardinian way with herbs.
