About the wine
An intense, aromatic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand winemaking pioneer Lawson's Dry Hills. After harvesting the grapes, only juice obtained as a result of the delicate pressure of the grape weight itself was used.

Tasting note
This wine has expressive aromas of passion fruit, green pepper, peach, lemon and green apple and a touch of herbs. The palate is packed with concentrated aromas and wonderfully structured with balanced acidity and a chalky, long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, seafood, salad, asparagus
Vinification
The grapes from each block were then harvested when they had the optimal passion fruit aromas combined with crisp acidity. The grapes were only lightly pressed and the juice was finally fermented in stainless steel and 10% old French oak barrels (barriques). Store on the fine yeast for added texture. For the reserve wine, the wine was selected from the tanks, which stood out due to their aromatic intensity and concentration.
