About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Fattoria La Valentina masters this red wine in the fertile and sunny countryside of Abruzzo. Do you already know the dominant red wine Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC from the 2013 vintage? If not, it's time! The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve this Montepulciano with pasta or hard cheese.
Tasting note
That will be remembered: Its rich ruby red gives every occasion a special touch. Strong body and dominant acidity result in the red wine, which is pleasant with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class. This top wine received the award: James Suckling: 92 points.
Culinary recommendation
The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 4-5 years. Flaschenpost team tip: Goes great with beef, pasta and pizza.
