Tasting note
Aromas of ripe, dark berries, plums and dried fruits, notes of dried herbs, violets and undergrowth. Very balanced and well-structured on the palate, with tannins and refreshing acidity. Long-lasting aftertaste.
Vinification
All three varieties were fermented separately in French oak fermentation stands for around 10 days and then combined to form a blend. The wine was then aged in French oak barriques for around 12 months.
