About the wine
She is young, she looks good and she has character. May we introduce Giselle, new in town, but already known in every trendy summer bar and hip street food festival. Giselle is a light aperitif made from lime, quince and ginger, made in Switzerland from 100% natural ingredients. What we particularly like: Giselle doesn't taste too sweet and cheesy, but refreshingly tart.
Tasting note
The quality of the quince and lime juice is decisive for Giselle to have its smooth and harmonious character. The complex body of this liqueur is best unfolded in a Giselle Royal. Ginger aroma appears discreetly and the color is reminiscent of a noble white wine that shines golden in the sun. During production, care is taken to use high-quality raw materials and not to use unnecessary processes. The slight veil that can be deposited on the ground comes from components of the fruit and underlines the naturalness of this creation.
