The winemaker from the Quinta De São José winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This rabigato is very good to serve with spaghetti Napoli or vegetable soup.

Tasting note
Light citrus color. On the nose, initially floral with citrus notes, tropical mild, later slightly mineral. Fresh on the palate with a light, balanced acidity, fine and complex with a good fruit character. Elegant, long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish dishes and pasta.
Vinification
Fermentation for 3 weeks in a vat at 14-16 °C.
