About the wine
You will love this champagne! The Ruinart Rosé comes from the oldest champagne house in Europe. In 1729, Ruinart produced its first “wine with pearls.” The fine champagnes mature in listed limestone cathedrals 38 meters below the city of Reims. With this intense, fruity and fresh champagne, you are drinking real history!
Robert Parker: 90/100
Tasting note
The Ruinart Rosé is reminiscent of the petal of a yellow-orange rose. Pearls constantly rise in it on a fine string. Its beguiling bouquet is subtle and fresh. It is led by aromas of sweet cherries, strawberries and raspberries, which intensify as they progress. The palate is excellent and shows a very good freshness. It is a champagne of great elegance - fine, round and soft with fruity and tasty notes.
Culinary recommendation
An ideal aperitif for the evening. As an accompaniment to Andalusian vegetable soup, gazpacho.
