About the wine
The very aromatic, elegant style of the wines has brought Lyne and Jean-Bernard Marchive many friends. Jean-Bernard is a thoroughbred winemaker and an excellent wine winemaker. For him, Chablis and wood are opposites. Tasting note
Brilliant greenish yellow. In the aroma of apple, citrus and mango, with a mineral note. Distinctive, athletic body with a harmonious acid structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Chablis and is the ideal partner for oysters and seafood. But he also accompanies Hors DoeuvRes. Especially with a bresse chicken with creamy sauce or with a ripe brie.
