Tasting note
This sparkling wine has a lovely salmon-coloured tint. Noticeably ripe blueberries and a subtle spiciness of Pinot Noir with the creamy complexity of Chardonnay. An explosion of raspberry fruit and light honeysuckle aromas on the palate, with a lingering yet delicate mousse.

It is a fantastic addition to seafood or to drink alone.
