Tasting note
The playful aromas of the Bajo Velo aged 10 months in Sherr cask Rueda DO of fennel and peach express a lot of complexity with a very individual structure. Next, the playful nuances of lime, green melon and grapefruit reveal their own character. With a slender body and dominant acidity, this white wine presents its flawless texture. This top wine received the award: Gerstl: 18/20 points.
