About the wine

The Ànima Negra Winery has existed since 1994. The mysterious name stands for the founding idea of making authentic wines and resisting the trend towards pleasing standard wines.

Tasting note
Ruby red color, strong bouquet of tobacco, black cherries and blueberries with earthy and mineral aromas, very soft and complex on the palate with lots of melting and notes of cherries, caramel, candied fruit and vanilla.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Red wine tastes best at slightly chilled 14°-16°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now - 2020. With barbecues, roasted vegetables and game, we recommend Flaschenpöstler.
Vinification
Harvested by hand, aged in barriques for 13 months.
